About Us

The Party Helpers, privately owned and operated by John Faust, is a party staffing service that has been in business since 2001. John has been in the hospitality business for 25 years. This experience has allowed him to give service above and beyond his competitors.

The Party Helpers are skilled at making the hostess of a party feel comfortable and relaxed. Our staff will arrive prior to your guests and help you with the details and serving needs throughout the party. Our clientele are always delighted with our work.

The Party Helpers will specialize to a clients' requests. With many returning customers, our success has driven business from Center City Philadelphia, The Main Line, Wilmington and parts of South Jersey.

Services

OUR STAFF WILL:

1.Go over everything with you as soon as they arrive. What time frames you want, the menu etc.
2.Do any and all Set up of Chairs, Tables, Buffet Tables, Gift Tables, Set the tables and even help with the decorations if needed.
3.Prepare any foods, platter foods, heat up food, cut up fruit and vegetables, make salads as needed and display it beautifully.
4.Bartenders will set up the Bar, cut up limes and lemons (etc.).
5.Servers will answer your Door and Welcome your Guests with a smile, take coats if needed.
6.Heat and Pass Hordeurves as needed.
7.Serve your Guests and replenish Food.
8.Accommodate your Guests with anything they may need- utensils, clean napkin, drinks, location of powder room etc.
9.Clean Up as they go along – keeping the kitchen neat and organized.
10.Make the coffee.
11.Pack up any leftover food.
12.Set Out Deserts - cut cake and serve as needed.
13.Leave your Kitchen Clean. Staff will wash any and all Pots, Pans, dishes, platters, Utensils, Glasses etc that were used for your event. They will put as much away as possible. If they don’t know where it goes (dishes, platters, glasses etc.) that will set it aside in one designated area in your kitchen. They will get all of your garbage out and wipe the kitchen counters down and the stove top as well.

ALL SO YOU DON’T HAVE TOO! AND YOU WILL ENJOY YOUR PARTY!!!!!

Commitment

Our Wait staff will accomplish your food and beverage related tasks independently, allowing you to enjoy the event you worked so hard to plan. Each person on our staff is experienced in food and beverage service and will arrive formally attired in black slacks, white shirt and black vest.

•Bartenders are RAMP Certified by the PLCB

•Wait Staff are ServSafe Certified
•Liqiour Liabilty Insurance avilable if required
